Trigg is still not ready to make his debut b/c here I am at 38 weeks and I have not progressed since last week. Not even a little. The doctor said that I am still at a fingertip. I was really down to hear that I had not budged any from the week before but I understand that I am only 38 weeks, I technically still have two weeks to my due date and if my little guy is not ready yet then he's just not ready.
The doctor did say that a lot of women won't dilate until they go into labor, which is what happened with my aunt with her two girls. I also know that it can happy quickly, to go from nothing to labor. I am just hitting that cranky stage, I am tired of being pregnant and I am dying to hold my baby.
I have waited 9 months for him so I guess a few more days, weeks...won't hurt! :)

With Brooklynn I was at 3 CM 75% effaced for 2 weeks and never went into labor on my own. With Trail I didn't dilate at all (at least I hadn't by 38 weeks, they didn't check at 39) and I was having regular contractions before my c-section. They said I would have had him on my own by the next day at least. You just never know! I'll be praying that everything goes smoothly!! :)Thanks for the comment about his hair--it DID need it !b/c it was past his ears and always so greasy!
